Please join us for the annual Dr Bowie, Barbara Collins Bowie Scholarship Foundation Valentine Sweethearts Dance. This annual fundraiser enables the Bowie Foundation to promote and create Black History Month events, bring Freedom Riders to Grayson County, and provide programs to improve the lives of young people in the Texoma area.
